The Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège has overhauled its website to keep up with the times in terms of technology and to continue to offer its audiences a relevant, accessible and high-quality “Opera experience”.

• creation of a personalised customer account where each person can find their purchases and follow their favourite works
• simplification of the information architecture and work on navigation ergonomics
• proposal of a website design more in line with the Opéra’s visual identity and making it easier to change seasons
• migration of content from the old site
• advanced connection with the chosen CRM for better tracking of orders and audience preferences
• user testing before development (to confirm the information architecture) and after launch (to check the readability of the functions developed)
• hosting and maintenance
