A big challenge and an opportunity for Spade to implement several innovative ideas for managing a large digital project.

The Belgian Red Cross is made of 18 departments to consult (Blood donation, Red Cross Houses, Training, Paramedical equipment, International action...). Several workshops were needed to set up a sustainable digital strategy.

We designed a navigation system that takes this reality into account while offering a content management tool that is flexible enough to manage the independence of the various editorial teams within this complex Movement.

For the User Interface, we made sure that the human aspect is highlighted, thanks to the very beautiful photo library made available by the Red Cross.
