Workshop 1 - Gathering
Through an informal discussion, we take stock of your digital communication. The aim is to identify where the problems are and what kind of problems they are, to get to know your organisation, your operating methods, to learn more about your audiences and the reality of your sector of activity. You will discuss the different objectives and their order of priority, ambitions and obstacles,…

Workshop 2 - Shake it up
Now that we have good documentation, we can put the first ideas on the table and define the basis of the digital strategy to be put in place. It’s time for the “brainstorm”: ideas of all kinds are pouring in: we’ll sort them out in the next stage!

Workshop 3 - Serve
Literally emptied, surrounded by Post-it notes and brilliant ideas, we classify, arrange, sort and orchestrate everything in order to establish the first action plans.
They will be from 3 angles:
- the architecture of the digital tools (which ones and how they interact – a site with such and such functionalities linked to an e-commerce page of such and such a type, taking information from such and such an intranet)
- zoning (schematise each digital tool to prioritise the content objects it contains – what, where, on which page)
- content strategy (what is written/filmed/photographed, how and when?)
Shaking success
The workshops are one of the strong points of this collaboration: they guided us well in the creation of personas, how to manage the complexity and multiplicity of services, how to structure the site, etc. The most important point of the collaboration was to take into account this complexity, to listen to the different departments and services and to create these personas together to make a site that suited us. Spade’s methodology is both playful and immediately translated into something concrete. Given the tight schedule we had, moving quickly was important. Each time a workshop was done, we moved on to something else: the waterfall principle is also practical for us, it allows us to close one part, move on to the next and not always go back and forth between the stages.
