For an accessible web - GR491

2 members of the team spoke to us about the GR491.

They presented the site to us, talked about the concept, and it was a real eye-opener: it must be said that responsible web and accessibility are central subjects at Spade, an interest that the company has followed since its creation. We talk about it, we work with it, we develop tools for it, but it’s never quite complete and exhaustive, and we too have our noses in the air.

Here, we were introduced to a platform that lists just about everything: a titanic and nonetheless magnificent work by the ISIT / Institut du Numérique Responsable.

This gigantic work of exhaustiveness, pedagogy, detail, notation and quantification has given a boost to one of our major projects and has given us a boost. Our long-term objective is to have working methods and processes that are entirely responsible and accessible… and to share this with everyone who works with us!

For us, this website is proof that we are thinking in the right direction. Hoping that it will inspire a lot of thinking among other actors in the field, we are immersing ourselves in its study and working on our processes.
