Create a branding from scratch for Nexyan in less than 2 months

The needs

Born from the division with ESOFAC Luxembourg, Nexyan had the need to create a strong identity from scratch including a new logo, website and more.

The deadline was short : an event to launch the new brand was already planned and should happen in the prestigious Museum of Musical Instrument (MIM) in Brussels.

The solution

Fortunately we had at least 2 assets : A name, Nexyan. And a company that provides actuarial assistance on all sorts of company sponsored pension plans. They guide and advise their clients in a pension’s world that is changing rapidly.

We first worked on the brand. Values, targets, business priorities. From thinkings we went to creative work and proposed several visual approaches.

Once the direction was chosen we developed a stationery : email signature, keynotes, headed paper, envelopes, flocked ballpoint pens, bowflags. And of course a brandguide.

Finally we built a corporate website following the new style.

The key to success : a serene collaboration where everybody were at the right place. And of course trust.

We had to face a complete rebranding of our company in a pretty short time (2 months to find a new name, a new logo, to adapt the website, to adapt the templates of our keynotes, reports, envelopes, ens).
